Innovation is the application of creative ideas in a specific context. Creativity is a necessary but not sufficient condition for Innovation.

I like to be different.. whether the difference translates to creativity is what I wanted to know. As I was reading about it, I noted that the products of creativity are expected to have originality and appropriateness. Since one or the other is absent in my ideas, I'm content to assume that I'm just different, not creative.
